Mikolaj Sekutowicz is the Founder and CEO of Impact One, where he is dedicated to developing nature positive solutions for urban environments. A leader in impact investment across the wellbeing, environmental and cultural sector, Mikolaj founded Impact One to champion the reintegration of nature, the safeguarding of biodiversity and the development of a new asset class of Wellbeing Infrastructure. Before founding Impact One, Mikolaj was instrumental in the transformation of Therme Group from a national enterprise into a global wellbeing leader, co-initiating its cultural incubator, Therme Art. To drive the research of built environments and their effects on human and environmental wellbeing, Mikolaj co-founded the One Health Research Centre. He is also the founder of the Possible Futures platform and drawing on his more than 20 years of experience in arts and culture, Mikolaj initiated the Wellbeing Culture Forum to catalyse debate about art, architecture, sustainability, and the future of city planning.

Mikolaj is a member of the Davos Baukultur Alliance and the World Economic Forum Global Commission on Nature Positive Cities. He is also a board member of the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy and Mobility (IKEM) and green fintech company AxessImpact, as well as the World Sport Summit. A speaker and frequent contributor at global convenings, Mikolaj regularly engages at WEF, COP, Frieze, Art Basel and the Venice Art & Architecture Biennales.
