Mariam Crichton

Mariam has been the entrepreneurial driving force of the growth of many tech start-ups over the last 16 years, including as a co-founder, chief executive and board member. She is passionate about evidencing and mitigating Adverse Impact to the Planet by helping with Transition Risk for climate mitigation. As Group Managing Director of 4 Earth Intelligence (4EI), Mariam leverages her product innovation background to focus the company’s Sustainable Finance division, which is building products that use the power of Earth Observation to help financial services firms and corporations assess nature risks, comply with growing ESG self disclosure regulations, and develop and monitor sustainable growth strategies. Mariam has sat on the board of several companies, including social impact and innovation technology communities, the judging panel for TechNation Rising Stars two years in a row, and holds a Masters in Earth Science (MESci) in Geophysics & Geology.
