Stephane Baillie-Gee

Stephane has a diverse experience that led him from studying international law to being a shipwreck diver and a professional skipper and being in charge of the international publications of Euronext. For the last fifteen years, he has worked mainly as a consultant, trainer, and coach for international public organizations, especially for EU institutions. Stephane has also been working in China with international automotive companies and many Chinese IT SMEs. He also has direct field experience in Iraq, Central African Republic, and Chad missions. He focuses his work on helping organizations deal with complexity and uncertainty through systemic team coaching, talks, and specific workshops. Stephane’s actions aim primarily at helping organizations and systems move into the future.
