Natalia embarked on her professional journey as a credit transaction structurer at a renowned Swiss bank, specializing in serving ultra-high-net-worth clients across Europe. Leveraging her expertise and success, Natalia then assumed a leadership position, overseeing a team of highly skilled senior sales experts and was able to bolster the organization’s competitive position through her strategic counsel. In recent years, Natalia has taken on a pivotal role in driving sustainable finance. She leads initiatives to integrate sustainability into a major bank’s operations, advises clients, develops innovative transaction structures, and champions the transition to net zero.  Natalia’s deep knowledge and expertise in sustainable finance make her a respected thought leader in the field.

Natalia’s academic accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Finance and Banking from the University of Bayreuth, underscoring her profound knowledge of financial principles. Additionally, she holds a Sustainability and Climate Risk certificate from GARP, demonstrating her specialized knowledge in these areas.  Natalia’s expertise has also led to her being invited as a guest speaker at Zurich University of Applied Sciences, where she shares her insights with experienced professionals.
