Michele Soavi

Michele started his career in the financial sector in 2009 as a financial and operational auditor in globally recognized consulting companies (PwC and EY) between Italy and Luxembourg. In 2015, he moved to Switzerland to complete an MBA in Sustainable Business allowing him to connect the dots between environmental, social and financial performance. Eventually, in 2017, he started to complement his expertise with Blockchain knowledge by consulting and completinga PhD in Computer Science in 2022. Currently, he is Chief Sustainability Officer at ImpactScope which helps social enterprises harness the opportunities of web3 tools while empowering digital asset ventures to become more sustainable. Michele joined ImpactScope at the end of 2019, where he leverages his Blockchain, sustainability and finance knowledge to tackle climate change and reach the SDGs. Michele loves to work at the intersection between different disciplines, exploring and pioneering, at work and in personal life, for solutions that improve the quality of life of people as well as the natural environment we are living in.
