With nearly 20 years of experience in a wide range of organizations and industries, Sonja has been working independently for several years now using a young scientific discipline that derives solutions from nature for today’s reality – an approach that has the power to provide answers to a wide range of global and societal problems. Her great passion and expertise lies in the most diverse areas of (corporate) communication and organizational development. She focuses on building bridges between different disciplines, departments, and ways of thinking.
